Challenges:
A 101,470 sf DataCenter. Output required for fabrication, shop production and installation.
Scope of Work:
Voyansi recived the Autocad FABmep work progress models, QC it, coordinated mechanical and plumbing and extracted the shop Drawings and spool Drawings for field use.
Results:
The client recived all the information needed for fabrication and installation of plumbing for the complete building within a month.
Condo Development in San Francisco
Focus: BIM/MEP
Challenges:
One Mission Bay is a new condo development currently under construction at 1000 Channel Street, San Francisco. The development has a total of 350 units.
Scope of Work:
Electrical BIM Modeling for Electrical Sub Contractor. Participation on BIM/MEP coordination meetings in behalf of Electrical Sub.
Results:
Successful Modeling and Coordination Process, helping the Subcontractor to successfully be part on a BIM Process.
Morton Plant Hospital in Florida
Focus: BIM/MEP
Challenges:
Modeling and 3D coordination of Mechanical Systems (dry and wet), as well as DWV and domestic piping and Medical Gases. The project it self, consisted in the renovation and expansion of a Hospital in Florida.
Scope of Work:
Schedule was very agressive. Ceiling space was very scarse. Large amounts of RFIs and constant multi-disciplinary collaboration for resolution. All modeling was to be made at Fabrication level of detail keeping real life-like elements and Client’s shop preferences as standars.
Results:
Coordination conflicts were resolved in proper time. Delivered in time for curement.
