We are currently looking for a specialist in the recruiting and selection of both national and international candidates.
The position requires advanced skills in English communication, experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes, and a deep interest in technology.

 

Main job responsibilities:

  • Carry out the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Work together with the leaders of the company to provide the right candidates for each need as required.
  • Design, evaluate and improve existing processes.
  • Proactively search for candidates and headhunt to fill vacant positions.
  • Be an advisor to the candidate: provide support throughout the hiring process and work aligned with the company culture.
  • Design and coordinate the onboarding process for the new team members.

 

What will you do on a day to day basis:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process; including research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview, and offer management.
  • Prospecting candidates.
  • Outbound messaging via LinkedIn, email, or any other valid channels.
  • Scheduling and conducting screening calls with candidates and perform interviews.
  • Coordinating team to move candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Schedule technical tests. 
  • Improve and design job positions and postings. 

 

What you need to be successful:

  • Human Resources, Psychology or similar degree.
  • +3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting.
  • +1 year of experience in IT recruiting.
  • Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
  •  Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • G-Suite knowledge.
