Voyansi and Voyansi (“us”, “we”, “AEC,” or “our”) operates https://aecres.com/, and https://www.voyansi.com (the “Voyansi Websites“ or “the Websites”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Website.

G-Suite & HubSpot
In addition, Voyansi uses G-Suite software in conjunction with our CMS Hubspot, including web-based analytics service to track and report on traffic to the Website. Google Analytics collects and controls digital information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may use Personal Data provided to us to contact you as part of normal business operations including newsletters, marketing, promotional materials and other information. We use data collected with and controlled by Google and HubSpot to improve our Website and services.
When you contact us by phone, email or through the Website, we maintain your information securely in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems (Project Open & HubSpot). If we do business, we securely store your information in our accounting software and project management tools.
We will never sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties (w/o your approval). However, Voyansi may disclose your Personal Data to authorities as required and in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Investigate misuse, or wrongdoing related to use of the Website

Voyansi is committed to protecting the privacy needs of all including children. Voyansi assumes parents and guardians to actively participate in the online behavior of their children. AEC’s Websites are not targeted towards children, and Voyansi does not intentionally collect information from minors.
Voyansi reviews that it’s data host providers/suppliers, aka our Operators make every reasonable and legally required effort to protect personal information by users of the web site, including using firewalls and other security measures on its servers. However, Voyansi cannot guarantee 100% security of provider/supplier systems. Voyansi assumes no liability for the interception, alteration or misuse of the information you provide. Voyansi will remove all Personal Data at your request within 10 U.S. business days. Please contact us via phone or email to have your Personal Data permanently deleted.
