Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and execution of the segment plan according to the budgets assigned to Human Capital.
• Work in alignment with the human capital team in the definition of human resources strategies for the company.
• Direct contact with all levels of company members, listening and bringing solutions to their HC policies and engagement inquiries. 
• Design and create internal communication pieces and post them using the internal communication tools.
• Develop and work on innovative ideas and solutions focusing on increasing employee experience and happiness. 
• Develop and work on proposals focusing on growing a happy workplace for each employee in the company. 
• Manage and deliver welcome kits and other presents to employees on special occasions. 
• Create and build new strategies to increase the employee’s engagement
  
  

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

What do you need to be successful?

• Graduate or advanced student of Human Resources, Psychology, Institutional Communication or related careers.
• +2 years of experience in HR.
• Advanced English: written and spoken.
• Spirit of innovation and creativity.
• A proactive and curious attitude. 
• Great communication skills.
• Enjoy investigating the latest trends regarding benefits and engagement actions.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility and feel comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Team spirit.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
